Stylesight Announces International Student Prints & Graphics Competition Winners

B2B Trend Content and Software as a Service (SaaS) Provider Commemorates Student Designs for Spring/Summer 2011

February 22, 2010 - New York, NY - Stylesight, the leading global provider of trend content, tools and technology for the style and fashion industries, has announced the winners of it's semi-annual Student Prints and Graphics competition. Now in it's sixth season, Stylesight hosts the seasonal contest for students around the world to support, and share emerging artists with the industry and Stylesight's global subscribers.

'Stylesight's diverse clients are always on the search for the latest design talent," said Isham Sardouk, Senior Vice President of Trend Forecasting. "This competition began as a small initiative to introduce the industry to young, talented designers. With six seasons of overwhelming success, we now have the full intention of extending the contest worldwide to engage additional schools."

Stylesight's Paris-based forecasting team oversees the competition and selects the best and brightest young talent in prints and graphics design from noteworthy design schools worldwide. Participating students are invited to create a series of exclusive prints and graphics to be judged by a team of experts led by Stylesight's Senior Vice President of Trend Forecasting, Isham Sardouk. The designs are judged on the quality of work, the level of creativity, cohesivness and flawless execution.

Congratulations to Spring/Summer 2011's first place winners, Loette Groeneveld of Willelm de Kooning Academie Holland in The Netherlands, Carla Little of The University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in The United Kingdom, and Soo Kung Joung of Philadelphia University in the U.S. First place winners receive a $1,000 scholarship, and second place is awarded an internship opportunity with Stylesight's Forecasting Atelier in Paris, or headquarter offices in New York City.
