As the senior vice president of trend forecasting for Stylesight, Isham Sardouk oversees the seasonal trend research, fashion forecasting and product design for the company across all genders. Isham joins Stylesight with
more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to his current role, Isham was the design director for Victoria’s Secret. He also previously held the position as managing and creative director of Promostyl in New York, where he helped to re-launch the company. With an extensive background in global trend research, color development and product design for the US, Asian and European markets, Isham brings a wealth of knowledge and plays a fundamental role in furthering the growth and influence of Stylesight.

As Senior Vice President of Trend Analysis at Stylesight.com Sharon Graubard oversees and contributes to daily content, including coverage of women's and men's runway collections, vintage, street
fashion and interiors. Previously Sharon was VP/Creative Director at ESP Trendlab, where she created the The ESP Edit forecasting books. Prior to that, Sharon initiated TobéNEXT, a forecasting division of the Tobé Report, and was creative director at Doneger Design Direction. Sharon is frequently quoted in both trade and consumer press, and is regularly invited to present at international trend conferences. Her illustrations have been published in Self, Mademoiselle, Seventeen and Vogue.
